The LeCroy 104MXs-B WaveSurfer is a 1 GHz mixed-signal oscilloscope engineered for signal integrity analysis, embedded systems debugging, and general-purpose testing. It delivers 10 GS/s single-shot sample rate in 2-channel mode and 5 GS/s in 4-channel mode, with 50 GS/s equivalent sampling. The instrument captures up to 16 Mpts per channel (32 Mpts interleaved) and expands to 18 digital channels at 250 MHz capture speed when configured as an MSO. Its intuitive MAUI interface and 10.4-inch color touchscreen display streamline navigation across complex waveforms and datasets.
