The NI PXI-6722 is an 8-channel analog output module for the PXI platform, purpose-built for high-speed multichannel signal generation in automated test and measurement systems. It delivers 13-bit resolution across a -10 V to 10 V range with 0.1 Ω output impedance and double-buffered architecture. The module supports static and software-timed voltage outputs with simultaneous multichannel updates, making it suitable for stimulus-response measurements, power supply control, deterministic closed-loop regulation, and sensor simulation. It functions as a replacement for stand-alone PID controllers, arbitrary waveform generators, and function generators.
