The Picosecond Pulse Labs PSPL 4015 w 5331 is a high-performance pulse generator engineered for precision time-domain measurements in high-speed signal integrity analysis. It generates picosecond-scale pulses with minimal distortion, enabling 10 ps resolution Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) and Time Domain Transmission (TDT) measurements when integrated with compatible digital sampling oscilloscopes and deconvolution firmware.

• 50 Ω output impedance with SMA and APC-3.5 connectors on pulse head
• Includes PSPL 4015RPH Pulse Head, two 12" SMA cables, power cord, instruction manual, and test report with waveforms
• Compact form factor: 3.8" × 8.4" × 10.3" (9.7 × 21.3 × 26.2 cm); 7 lbs shipping weight
• 4015RPH pulse head requires 50 Ω load; operation into open circuit or higher impedance will cause damage
• External voltage application will damage pulse heads; DC blocking capacitor may be necessary if DC voltage is present in external circuit
– Typical Applications
TDR and TDT signal characterization, high-speed interconnect analysis, and fine-detail resolution in time-domain measurements requiring sub-20 ps pulse generation.
