The Rigol MSO5104 is a mixed-signal oscilloscope that integrates seven measurement instruments into one platform: digital oscilloscope, 16-channel logic analyzer, spectrum analyzer, digital voltmeter, frequency counter, protocol analyzer, and optional arbitrary waveform generator.
