With a bandwidth of DC to 25 MHz at X50 and X200 attenuation ratios, this probe captures detailed signal characteristics while maintaining high input impedance (4 MΩ / 1.2 pF or 100 MΩ / 1.2 pF differential) and minimal loading effects through low input capacitance.
