It delivers precise differential signal acquisition with minimal loading effects on the Device Under Test, leveraging low input capacitance (≤1 pF) and high input resistance (200 kΩ) to preserve signal integrity. The probe connects directly to Tektronix oscilloscopes via the TekVPI™ interface, eliminating external power requirements and enabling integrated probe control through GPIB or USB.
