The Tektronix TIVP05L IsoVu is a second-generation, 500 MHz isolated differential probe engineered for precision high-voltage measurements in power electronics. Optical isolation and power-over-fiber technology deliver complete galvanic isolation between the measurement system and device under test, eliminating common-mode interference and enabling accurate differential measurements even under extreme common-mode voltage conditions up to ±60 kV. The 10 m cable and compact form factor support flexible probe placement in demanding test environments.
