The Teledyne LeCroy AP033 is a 500 MHz active differential probe engineered for precision measurement of high-speed differential signals in laboratory and field environments. It delivers low noise performance, minimal input capacitance, and exceptional common-mode rejection, enabling accurate signal characterization across demanding test applications. The probe integrates directly with Teledyne LeCroy oscilloscopes via ProBus™ interface, allowing front-panel control of gain, attenuation, and offset parameters. An optional ADPPS power supply extends compatibility to spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes without ProBus capability.
