The dual attenuation architecture—100:1 and 1000:1 ratios—enables flexible measurement ranges from 27.6 V to 1500 V differential, with maximum measurable voltage of 1750 V typical before saturation. Its exceptional common-mode rejection ratio suppresses noise across a broad frequency spectrum, critical for switch-mode power supply characterization and electrical apparatus testing up to 5 kV class.
