The Teledyne LeCroy HVFO103 is a 60 MHz fiber-optically isolated high-voltage probe engineered for precise measurement of low-voltage signals in high-voltage environments. Optical isolation eliminates the need for floating oscilloscope techniques or specialized isolated acquisition systems, delivering superior noise immunity and signal fidelity. The probe’s three-wire tip design and dual-reference lead separate signal return currents from common-mode currents, achieving 140 dB CMRR and minimizing DUT loading. Its architecture integrates a low-noise electrical amplifier with frequency-modulated optical transmission via a single laser and fiber optic cable. The HVFO103 is designed for power electronics, automotive testing, and EMC/EMI compliance applications, and connects to Teledyne LeCroy oscilloscopes equipped with the ProBus interface.
