The Teledyne LeCroy T3MIL50X is a precision D.C. milli-ohm meter built for low-resistance measurement from 5 mΩ to 5 MΩ with 0.1 μΩ resolution and ±0.05% accuracy. Four-wire Kelvin connection eliminates lead resistance effects. The 3.5-inch TFT LCD display (320 x 240 pixels, 50,000 counts) presents measurement results in real time.
