The Teledyne LeCroy ZD200 is a 200 MHz active differential probe engineered for high-fidelity measurement of differential signals in automotive, serial data, and general circuit analysis applications. It delivers 1.75 ns risetime with minimal loading through its 1 MOhm input resistance and 3.5 pF input capacitance. The probe accepts differential signals up to ±20 V (DC + peak AC) while rejecting common-mode voltages to ±60 V, making it suitable for wide dynamic range testing. Its 10x attenuation and small, low-mass probe head enable accurate measurements in confined spaces without signal degradation.
The ZD200 integrates directly with Teledyne LeCroy oscilloscopes via ProBus interface, eliminating the need for external power supplies and enabling automatic sensitivity and offset calibration. Specially designed lead and tip accessories maintain signal integrity and suppress peaking across a range of probing configurations. Probe tip socket accommodates 0.025 inch square pins, and closely spaced differential inputs support direct connection to header pins, test points, and probe leads.
