The Xantrex XDC20 is a digitally controlled DC power supply engineered for demanding test environments including ATE systems, burn-in testing, and production test applications. An embedded controller enables menu-driven auto-sequencing, allowing operators to create and store up to ten complete test programs directly from the front panel. Each program supports 99 voltage level steps, delivering sophisticated voltage sequencing, ramps, and timed operations without external computers or software. Test execution can be triggered manually or via external signal, while protection settings and output configurations are independently stored and recalled across ten separate setups.
