This modular platform integrates a M9010A PXIe chassis and M9038A embedded controller with selectable PXIe Source/Measure Unit (SMU) modules, enabling users to configure measurement capability precisely to application requirements.
Technical Specifications
The M9010A 10-slot, 3U PXIe chassis provides up to 24 GB/s system data bandwidth via PCIe Gen 3 switch fabric. The M9038A embedded controller supports 32 GB memory option and Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSB 64-bit operating system.
SMU module selection determines measurement performance. The M9601A delivers 10 fA to 315 mA current range, 500 nV to 210 V voltage range, and 1.25 MSa/s sampling rate with pulse widths as low as 20 μs. The M9602A and M9603A offer 60 V / 3.5 A DC output (10.5 A pulse capable), 6 μV / 100 fA resolution, 10 μs minimum pulse width, and 15 MSa/s sampling. The M9614A and M9615A five-channel modules provide 30 V / 500 mA output, 6 μV / 10 pA resolution, 100 μs minimum pulse width, and 500 kSa/s sampling rate.
