This dual-channel instrument delivers comprehensive S-parameter measurements alongside insertion loss, impedance, and group delay analysis. With three tuned receivers spanning 300 kHz to 3 GHz (extendable to 6 GHz with Option 006), the 8753C combines 100 dB dynamic range with ±0.05 dB dynamic accuracy over 40 dB. Its integrated synthesized source provides >100 mW output power with 1 Hz frequency resolution and supports linear, logarithmic, list, power, and CW sweep modes.
