The Kepco MSK20-5M is a 100 W linear DC power supply delivering 0–20 V at 0–5 A with exceptional output stability and noise performance. Built around a high-gain series-pass stabilizer topology, it produces less than 0.5 mV rms ripple in voltage mode and maintains load regulation of 0.01% across its rated output. Dual 10-turn potentiometers provide fine resolution control of voltage and current, while a Preview switch enables offline pre-configuration with digital meter readouts before applying load. The unit accommodates both 115 V AC and 230 V AC input via selectable voltage taps, operates across 50–65 Hz line frequencies, and includes heavy-duty front-panel binding posts rated for wire or banana-plug termination. Remote programming via variable resistance is supported. A quiet low-speed fan manages thermal load, and the supply automatically crosses over between constant-voltage and constant-current modes. Designed to EN 61010-1 and UL 3101 Category 2 / Pollution Degree 2 standards, this Class 1 instrument is suitable for laboratory, manufacturing test, and precision measurement applications requiring stable, low-noise DC power. Rack mounting is possible with an adapter. Weighs 17.45 lbs.
