The LeCroy HVD3106 is a 120 MHz high-voltage differential probe engineered for precision measurement of differential signals in power electronics and high-voltage test environments. It delivers ±1500 V common-mode range, exceptional CMRR across a broad frequency spectrum, and dual attenuation modes (50x / 500x) to accommodate differential voltages from 27.6 V to 1500 V. The probe integrates via ProBus interface with Teledyne LeCroy oscilloscopes, providing automatic attenuation selection and eliminating external power requirements.
