The Tektronix A6302XL is an AC/DC current probe engineered for precision current measurements in demanding industrial and aerospace applications. This clamp-on probe interfaces exclusively with the Tektronix AM503B and AM5030 current probe amplifiers, delivering DC to 17 MHz bandwidth with an extended 8-meter cable for reaching large or physically distant equipment. The probe uses Hall Effect sensing for DC currents and a ferrite transformer for AC currents, with bucking current from the amplifier to prevent core saturation.
